2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 442 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 489(A)/489(B)/489(C)/489(D)/489(E) & 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 8/20(B)/11(c)/22/24 of the NDPS Act.

3. The criminals including the petitioner were arrested. 1 Kg. of Charas and counterfeit notes of rupees 9500 were recovered from Bharat Pandit. One countrymade pistol was recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 15.06.2023. He is accused in four more cases of serious nature which includes cases of dacoity and loot.

4. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, I am not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9455 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. This application is dismissed.
