Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar Sanskrit Education Board submits that the petitioner has rushed to this Court without availing her alternative remedy against the order impugned in the instant writ application passed by the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Education Board, Bihar, Patna. It is further submitted that against the order impugned in the instant writ application, petitioner has remedy of appeal before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.871 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 Special Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner at this stage seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to avail her remedy of appeal before the Special Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna against the order dated 05.04.2024 contained in memo no. 1910 whereby services of the petitioner has been terminated from the post of teacher.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the instant writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. It is made clear that if issue of limitation will arise the authority competent shall keep in mind that petitioner was availing her remedy before this Court since January, 2025. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U
