2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 452, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 03.09.2023 at about 8.00 AM, while the informant was cutting bamboo in the bamboo clump, these petitioners alongwith other F.I.R. named accused persons came there and forbade him from cutting the bamboo and when informant refused to do so, the accused

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that due to land dispute between the parties, a free fight took place, in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Nauhatta (Darhar OP) P.S. Case No. 188 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
