2. The petitioner retired as Circle Officer with effect from 28.02.2019. He is seeking a direction for payment of full gratuity and full pension. 90% provisional gratuity has been paid to him, according to the petitioner. In addition, the petitioner claims that he is also entitled for two months salary for the months of December, 2018 and January, 2019.

3. It has been stated in the writ application that there is no proceeding, departmental or judicial, pending against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.110 of 2020(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 petitioner which could be a reason for withholding payment, pension, gratuity and commuted leave.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with a direction that let the respondents ensure that the petitioner's all admitted pensionery benefits and other dues are cleared within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
