2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 384, 385 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners assaulted the informant and demanded Rangdari of Rs. 50,000/- and due to non-fulfillment of demand of rangdari, petitioner snatched Rs. 2500/- from the pocket of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that

No.3008 of 2024(3) dt.07-03-2024 2/2 there is dispute between the parties over the possession of land and when the informant was trying to plough the disputed land for which a Title Appeal is also pending, on protest by the petitioners, simple Matpit took place between them. There is general and omnibus allegation made against the petitioner. Rest of allegation are super addition to make the case grave.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Naugachia, Bhagalpur, in connection with Ismailpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2020, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
