1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) That the Respondents No. 2 and 4 may be directed to remove the encroachment from the public road situated in Mauza- Karian, Thana No. 43, Khesra No. 1953 (old), Khesra No. 4790 (New), from Khesra No. 4789 to 4770 under Anchal Sivajinagar, Samastipur."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Sivajinagar, District-Samastipur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.624 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 petition is filed by the petitioner under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, before the Circle Officer, Sivajinagar, District-Samastipur, within a period of two weeks from today, he shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, forthwith.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
