2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 385, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. As per F.I.R., all the named accused persons including petitioner entered the house of informant, abused and demanded Rs. 10,000/-, as ransom, from husband of informant and on refusal, this petitioner and others assaulted on the head of husband of informant with iron rod, due to which, he became unconscious and died. Petitioner is one of the assailant of the deceased. Post-mortem report also supported the prosecution case.
