2. The present Civil Review No.13 of 2024 has been filed for review of the order dated 03.11.2023 passed in Civil Miscellaneous Jurisdiction No.1377 of 2017 on the ground

Patna High Court C. REV. No.13 of 2024(8) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 mentioned in the petition with request that the said order be modified.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on merit or demerit of the judgment, he is not saying anything, but he only submits that the observation made in the order dated 03.11.2023 passed in Civil Miscellaneous Jurisdiction No.1377 of 2017 be finalized within a specific period of time.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if, petitioners does not want to pursue for review of the order, then he is also interested that the said order dated 03.11.2023 passed in Civil Miscellaneous Jurisdiction No.1377 of 2017 be complied within a fixed period of time.

5. In this view of the matter, the present Civil Review No.13 of 2024 is hereby dismissed with a direction that the order which has been passed in the Civil Miscellaneous Jurisdiction No.1377 of 2017 be implemented in true spirit preferably within six months from today.
