Heard the parties.

The petitioner's grievance before this Court is the procrastinated effect of suspension order dated 24-9-2018 (Annexure-2).

Upon instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suspension stands revoked during pendency of the instant writ application by an order issued by Respondent No. 2, dated 13-1-2021, bearing No. 2040. 4.

His grievance, however, is that apart from subsistence allowance, he has not been paid emoluments, being difference between subsistence allowance and the salary due to him for the period of suspension.

The Court would only observe that if the petitioner makes his claim for such benefits before respondent No. 2 within two weeks, the same is required to be considered by reasoned and speaking order, and amounts found due and admissible, to be paid to the petitioner within eight weeks thereafter.
