2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 354, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner has moved before this Court for anticipatory bail and since the information regarding apprehension of the petitioner has not been communicated to the conducting counsel, he was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65403 of 2024. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has been languishing in custody since 09.09.2024.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/the Successor Court, in connection with Bhairavsthan P.S. Case No.33 of 2024.
