The petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2019 in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019, Computer Registration No. 751 of 2019 (G.R. No. 751 of 2019) for the offence registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from the joint family house. It is further submitted that the petitioner is an old man and is suffering from various ailments. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
