Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 21 of 2018 arising out of Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 284 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 15683 of 2018 which was rejected vide order dated 16.04.2018 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance of the case and the observation made in order dated 16.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15683 of 2018, the petitioner named
