The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a/26/27 of the Arms Act. The pistol of the petitioner was snatched by private persons and produced to the police. Hence, the offences alleged is bailable under Section 37(b)(ii) of the Arms Act. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like
