JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2026 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.02.2024 passed in CWJC No.509 of 2024, disobedience whereof has been complained of in the present petition, the Director General of Police, Bihar Patna has passed a reasoned and a speaking order, however the petitioners be granted liberty to challenge the same by taking recourse to such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
