The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 268 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the case is of Section 379 of the I.P.C. for which the petitioner has sufficiently been punished as he has been rotting in judicial custody since 19.06.2019 i.e. more than a year.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83070 of 2019(6) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 268 of 2019.
