2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sathi P.S.Case No. 57 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A /34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of abducting the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2023. The petitioner has clean antecedent. He further submits that from the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim was in cordial relationship with the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3503 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2024 2/2 let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII cum Special Judge, POCSO, West Champaran, Bettiah in Sathi P.S.Case No. 57 of 2023.
