Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rautara P.S.Case No. 25 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner is said to be the husband and allegation against him is of demand of dowry.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that a large number of cases are going on between the parties and earlier informant had lodged two cases and informant is not ready to live with the petitioner since 2013 and as such allegation of demand of dowry against the petitioner is false and concocted. Heard learned APP also.

No.47898 of 2018 (2) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Swati Kumari Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar, in connection with Rautara P.S.Case No. 25 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
