2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 141 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27of the Arms Act whereas cognizance was taken under Sections 395, 387, 412 and 120(b) of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that unknown miscreants have committed dacoity in Bank of Baroda, Ambakala Branch and the miscreants have looted altogether Rs. 26,03,000/-.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88617 of 2025(4) dt.25-03-2026 2/3 petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. The F.I.R. was lodged against unknown miscreants. During course of investigation, one Munchun Kumar was arrested and he has disclosed the name of this petitioner. It has further been submitted that nothing has been recovered from his possession. Save and except the confessional statement of coaccused, there is nothing against him. It has further been submitted that no T.I.P. has been conducted. It has also been submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons Raja Kumar, Raushan Kumar and Nanhku Sah have been granted bail by learned Co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 68913 of 2024, 40429 of 2024 and 12377 of 2024 respectively. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. He is languishing in judicial custody since 01.07.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail and has submitted that petitioner is having criminal antecedent of four case.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

No.88617 of 2025(4) dt.25-03-2026 3/3 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 141 of 2023 with the condition that petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall remain physically present on each and every date in the learned trial Court.
