2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on 25.09.2022 at about 7 pm, when the informant was playing in front of her house, this petitioner caught her from behind and dragged her to the nearby graveyard and then raped her thrice.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
