2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302/304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the deceased committed suicide by hanging. Petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2025. In this case, charge has already been framed.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
