This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Alauli P.S. Case No.42 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Three unknown criminals have looted an amount of Rs.85,000/- and CCTV instruments from a brick-kiln. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2023. During investigation, the involvement of the petitioner has come. He is accused in four more criminal cases. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3095 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
