The prayer is for direction to the Zila Parishad, Nalanda at Biharsharif to construct a shop in the campus of Hilsa Nirikshan Grih (Dukbunglow) in terms of advertisement. A supplementary affidavit of the petitioner is on record according to which he has been allotted a Shop No 12 and the agreement has been signed on 07.09.2020. From the aforesaid facts, it is clear that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of.
