2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 190 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, co-accused Md. Arman @ Chand and Sitare @ Imran along with the petitioners were abusing the husband of the informant. Further allegation is that co-accused Md. Arman @ Chand pushed the husband of the informant on the ground and co-accused Sitare @ Imran inflicted a lathi blow on his head. The deceased died in way to the hospital. The allegation against these two ladies petitioners is that they also assaulted the

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are ladies. Petitioner no. 1 is wife of co-accused Md. Arman @ Chand whereas petitioner no. 2 is his mother and it is the reason for their false implication. He has submitted further that the injuries on the dead body corroborates the allegation attributable against co-accused Md. Arman @ Chand and Sitare @ Imran and not against the petitioners. The petitioners are under custody since 16.05.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstance, especially the fact the petitioners are ladies of clean antecedent, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 190 of 2024, subject to the following conditions that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
