JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 The present application has been listed under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner for modification of the order dated 11.12.2019. It appears that in the last paragraph of the order, instead of "learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Purnea", "learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Katihar" has been recorded. The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it has wrongly been mentioned in the prayer portion of the petition, a supplementary affidavit to that effect has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the petition. Accordingly, the order dated 11.12.2019 is modified to the extent that let in the last paragraph of the order be read as
