ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 02-05-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that due amounts have been paid to the petitioner but with a delay. Learned counsel further states that the seeds were kept in the godown of the petitioner in the year 2018-19. However, the payment for the godown charges have been made recently i.e., January, 2025. Learned counsel prays for directing the respondents to pay the interest on the delayed payment.
2. Having regard to the above, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make
Patna High Court CWJC No.1279 of 2024(13) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 a suitable representation to the authority concerned for payment of the interest on the delayed payment. On such representation being given, the same shall be considered in its own merits in accordance with law and necessary orders passed within a period of eight weeks thereof.
3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
