2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dehri (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 115 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, on 11.07.2024, the informant parked his Tempo outside the Railway Station, Dehri. Three accused persons came and hired Tempo for Sasaram. On the way, the accused persons snatched Rs. 500/-, mobile phone from informant's pocket and took away his Tempo towards the village Jamuhar.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

He has further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has figured in confessional statement of co-accused Suraj Prasad God @ Suraj Kumar God@ Suraj Prasad Gond, from whose possession, the looted tempo was recovered, has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 88860 of 2024. The petitioner is under custody since 25.07.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri(Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 115 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
