This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 17.08.2023 passed by the learned Court of XVIII Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special (NDPS) Judge, Patna in connection with Special NDPS Case No. 183 of 2017 arising out of Rail Patna Jn. P.S. Case No. 605 of 2017.

The role of the petitioner has come in the smuggling of Ganja and there is a strong suspicion against the petitioner and charges can be and should be framed against the petitioner. No ground for interference is made out.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
