13-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 711 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per prosecution case, there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he called (deceased) brother of the informant in street and thereafter, other three accused persons started indiscriminate firing on his brother, as a result of which, he died on the spot.

In view of specific allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J.) anay U T
