2. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application on behalf of Petitioner No. 1, namely Sugeshwar Kumar.

3. Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application with regard to Petitioner No. 1 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Petitioner No. 2 apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103 and 61(2) of the B.N.S..

6. As per prosecution case, on 20.07.2025 at about 9 o'clock, when son of informant returned home, he saw that the door was closed from inside and some noise was coming from the house. Being frightened, son of informant went and called his cousin brother and when both of them returned to the house, they saw co-accused Sukeshwar Kumar and Subodh Kumar fleeing on a motorcycle and dead body of daughter of informant was hanging inside the house. Informant believes that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, committed murder of her daughter.

7. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. From bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that there is absolutely no allegation that Petitioner No. 2 played any role in commission of the offence. Petitioner No. 2 has falsely been implicated in this case merely because she happens to be sister of co-accused Sukeshwar Kumar. As a matter of fact, the deceased committed suicide and due to petty dispute, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedents.

8. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the

9. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, general and omnibus nature of accusation and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to Petitioner No. 2 is allowed.

10. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named Petitioner No. 2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 117 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S..

11. With the aforesaid directions, this application stands disposed of.
