2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 650 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner procured the job of Niyojit teacher, after producing forged and fabricated educational certificates.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR lodged in pursuance of CWJC No. 15459 of 2014 and the entire allegation is false. She would not claim her job in future and presently, she is not performing her duty. She has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3098 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2024 2/2 further that a number of accused persons, on the similar footing, have been granted anticipatory bail.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga at Laheriasarai in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 650 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
