2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 10.07.2023, while the informant was returning to her home after taking tuition, this petitioner riding on bike, blocked her way and behaved indecently with the informant. Thereafter, again on 11.7.2023, when the informant was returning home from tuition, this petitioner along with his associates threatened her with dire consequences.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has committed no offence and he has falsely been

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he threatened minor daughter of the informant and misbehaved with her. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has supported the prosecution case and petitioner has got several criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
