2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 830 of 2025 arising out of Maniyari P.S. FIR No. 141 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 80/ 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing his wife for demand of dowry.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 7.6.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the deceased was in depression because the deceased and the petitioner was having no child and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90849 of 2025(7) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 because of the same, she tried to commit suicide. The petitioner took her to Mediwell Hospital, Brahmpura, where she died during the course of treatment on the same day on which she was admitted in the Hospital.

6. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 830 of 2025 arising out of Maniyari P.S. FIR No. 141 of 2025.
