2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 24.07.2023 at about 10 PM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner, variously armed, started assaulting informant by butt of pistol and when husband of informant came to save her, he was also assaulted by accused persons. It is further alleged that co-accused Rishabh Anand snatched gold chain worth Rs. 75,000/-, in the meantime, son of informant came from shop, then co-accused Ayushi Anand snatched cash of Rs. 20,000/- from his pocket, whereas co-accused Abhinav Anand and Rishabh Anand fired on son of informant, but it did not hit him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. No one sustained any injury/fire-arm injury.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 353 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. No. 2498 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
