2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 898 of 2021 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 509/34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and others committed loot and assaulted the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
