Mr. Dinesh Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,223,354 A, 324, 354B, 307,379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, and 3⁄4 of Dain Prohibition Act.

It appears that the main co-accused Pramod Mandal and others have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12621 of 2017 vide order dated 30.03.2017, at Annexure-4 to this petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or

No.49234 of 2018(2) dt.24-09-2018 2/2 surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sahkund P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
