Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Haweli Kharagpur (Shampur) P.S.Case No. 167 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 326, 353, 332, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 2, 3 & 4 of Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act.

Allegation as per FIR is that 200-300 unknown persons named in the FIR have created road blocked with respect to an accident occurred there and when police came there they have assaulted and made firing on the police party. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that though he is named in the FIR but nothing specific has been

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Haweli Kharagpur (Shampur) P.S.Case No. 167 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
