The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 722 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 376(D), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the first information report has been lodged after lapse of one year. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period
