2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 427, 307, 353, 332, 504, 342/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted a government servant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2023 and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1535 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad/concerned Court below in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 617 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(1). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Ghosi Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
