2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 201, 120B, 34 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution story, the Police got information about a lady having committed suicide after the quarrel with the relatives and the dead body is hidden in the house. Accordingly, the place was visited and the plastic rope used by victim to commit suicide was recovered. The allegation against the petitioner is that he with the help of his son and other villagers assisted in disappearance of the dead body.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

No.9478 of 2025(2) dt.15-04-2025 2/3 case on the basis of suspicion that he along with his two sons had assisted in the disappearance of the dead body of the victim who had committed suicide. The petitioner has no concern with the suicide or disposal of the dead body of the victim. There is no material against the petitioner to show the involvement of the petitioner who is not family member of the victim. He further submits that the allegation against the petitioner that he had an illicit relation with the mother-in-law of the deceased is an afterthought having no basis. Petitioner is aged about 60 years having no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation of the present case.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024, subject to the conditions as
