Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 428 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant has alleged snatching of Rs.20,500/-, two mobiles and other articles after overpowering the informant on the strength of pistol by three unknown miscreants. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. He has not been put on T.I.P and similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail vide Annexure-2 and 3.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50802 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 case let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Sadar, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 428 of 2017.
