2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 222 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)(a), 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. Two country-made pistols and one rifle have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 12.09.2024.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the recovery, this application is dismissed.
