Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. They have been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 01.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 44582 of 2016 and 39326 of 2017 (Annexure-4).
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50141 of 2018(2) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
