2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 87 of 2023 lodged under Sections 447, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, in a land dispute, two persons have been killed by the accused side.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one person has died from his side. He submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90086 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 bail and submits that there are three criminal antecedents of the petitioner. Petitioner has assaulted one of the deceased with Farsa.

6. Considering the fact that two persons have been killed by the petitioner and others, no ground for bail is made out.
