====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SOURENDRA PANDEY ORAL ORDER 24-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Cyber Case P.S. Case No. 32 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the co-accused Leela Nandi persuaded the informant to transfer the money against which share was allotted to him. The informant has transferred
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1133 of 2025(4) dt.24-04-2025 2/3 total Rs. 43.95 lakhs against which share was allotted to him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier vide order dated 11.04.2025, he had proposed that without accepting the guilt, he is ready to deposit a sum of Rs. 2 lakhs in the learned Court below in the Nazarat which shall be subject to the result of the concerned case.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

In pursuance to such undertaking, the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit, wherein, in Paragraph No. 3, he has specifically stated that without admitting the liability, the petitioner is ready to deposit the sum of Rs. 2 lakhs in the Nazarat at the learned court below subject to the final result of the case.
7. Taking the aforesaid averment into account, let the petitioner be released on bail subject to deposit of a sum Rs. 2 lakh in the Najarat, the receipt of which shall be furnished to the learned court below prior to furnishing the bail bond.
8. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.
9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court
