2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against this petitioner is that he kidnapped the minor daughter of informant with intention to solemnise marriage with her.

4. The aforesaid fact has been fully supported by the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has specifically stated that this petitioner has kidnapped her by putting handkerchief on her nose, due to which, she became unconscious and when she regained her consciousness, she found herself in Gorakhpur. She has also assessed her age as 16 years.

5. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
