2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with 733/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in jail since 06.11.2020 i.e. more than four years.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the trial out of ten witnesses, three witnesses have been examined.

4. Though the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased but considering the period of custody and the delay in trial, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90215 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Supaul/ concerned court in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 733 of 2020, subject to the conditions that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
