Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. During a marriage ceremony, the firing of coaccused-Bablu Singh hit to Baby Kumari, a minor girl, who died as a result whereof.

Submission is that Bablu Singh and several others have already been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court. There is no material to substantiate that petitioners are going to tamper with the evidence or hamper the trial.

No.81597 of 2019(3) dt.20-03-2020 2/2 Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.243 of 2019 arising out of Dharhara P.S. Case No.122 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case as well as the petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
