2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 199 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 307, 326, 302, 325, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Later Section 216A of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, two persons are said to have been killed by unknown criminals and materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 4.11.2023.

5. Considering the fact that this is a case of double

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4649 of 2024(3) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 murder, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner though some of the accused persons have been granted bail.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
