2. The present application has been filed for the following reliefs:- i) For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding and directing respondents authorities to the conduct proper investigation and to submit a charge sheet in connection with Sakara P.S. Case no.

588/2020 dated 28.10.2020 registered u/s 341, 323, 354, 302, 307, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 447, 406.

ii) To issue a direction for arresting the accused person against whom the warrant of arrest has been issued but they are still

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.14 of 2025(3) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 absconding.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 26.06.2025, the SHO of Sakra Police Station, Muzaffarpur and the I.O. of the case have appeared. They have submitted that the charge-sheet has been finalized and it is awaiting approval from the higher officials.

4. In these circumstances, nothing remains in the case and accordingly, the application stands disposed of. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
