Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Gajala Praveen was earlier appointed on the post of Talimi Markaj. Petitioner was also one of the applicants. Now Gajala Praveen has resigned. The petitioner is an eligible candidate but respondent No.10 who is resident of different area has been illegally appointed. The petitioner has filed representation before the Collector, Gaya. Learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.69 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 submits that let a direction be issued to the Collector to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Gaya to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
